Our system allows one design per product; however, we can print that same design on multiple items. If you’re interested in this option, please contact our customer service team so we can provide the best possible pricing.
Turnaround Time
- We have two turnaround times – the first is our standard (free) turnaround, and the other on is an expedited option:
- 15 Business Day Standard Turnaround + FREE UPS Ground Transit
- 5 Business Day Turnaround + FREE UPS Ground Transit (+20% Rush charge)
- These options mean that your order will ship out in either 15 or 5 business days after you place your order (paid for). UPS Ground transit time is anywhere from 1-5 business days, depending on your shipping address’s proximity to our print facility located in Omaha, NE.
- After your order is placed, your design enters our proofing process. On the cart page, clicking “Confirm Order” indicates approval of your submitted artwork. If we identify any issues, we’ll send you a print-ready proof to review. You can then approve the proof or request changes. Requests for changes typically require about one business day for an updated proof.
- The turnaround options will then start after you approve your final proof for production.
- Standard turnaround is not guaranteed. Please contact our customer service if you need your order delivered by a hard deadline date.

FAQs
Can I change my order details after I checkout?
- No, your order artwork is approved once you confirm and place your order.
Can I order my design on more than one shirt color?
- Yes! You may combine shirt colors in the same order. Just click the button “+Colors” when you are in the product designer.
- The same order means that your design will be printed the exact same on all shirt colors and sizes (ink colors, dimensions, placement, etc).
What if I want to order more than one design?
- You can add more than one design per cart. Once you have a design and product add your sizes to the cart, then click continue shopping to add another design and product.
- If you would you like to add more than 1 apparel product per 1 design, you will need to contact our customer support team.
