Do you only print 1 color designs?

Yes. We have streamlined everything to offer one color custom printed t-shirts at unbelievable prices.

How will I know what my design will look like?

Once a design has been requested, a Shirtwell artist will email a digital proof of your design for approval. Proofs will be sent no later than 2 business days after you've submitted your order. All designs will need approval and payment before the printing process can begin.

Is there a minimum number of items I need to order?

Yes, we have a 10 shirt minimum order size.

What payment methods are accepted?

Shirtwell accepts business checks, money orders, and school purchase orders, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards.

Can I add printing to the back or sleeve of a garment?

Yes. Back designs and sleeve prints are available and the cost depends on the number of shirts you order. Individual names & numbers are available for $3.00 per shirt.

What is the cost to personalize a design?

There is no additional charge to personalize your design. Our garment pricing is straight forward and all inclusive.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will arrive within 14 days of design approval and payment/purchase order receipt. For faster delivery, 7 day rush delivery is available at a 20% charge of order total.

I can't find a design, is there a custom option?

Yes. Our creative team can create a custom design from your ideas. This is a free service for all orders. Click here to start a custom art request.

Can I mix different garments and colors to reach a price break?

Yes. Different styles and colors of garments can be chosen and still qualify as one order. All garments count collectively towards reaching order price breaks. Design ink colors and personalization must remain the same on each garment to qualify as one order.

Do you charge sales tax?

Due to recent legal changes in regard to sales tax and online retailers, there are some states in which we are required to charge sales tax. If you live in one of those states you will see sales tax automatically added at checkout.
